Provident House — Ndola, Zambia
Mixed-use redevelopment for Zambia Telecommunications Company (Zamtel). Flame Lily Development Consultancy won the tender to redevelop Provident House, a CBD office tower in Ndola, into a 112-key internationally branded hotel with office and retail space. We assembled and led a specialist consultant team — Green Code Architects, KV Siwale & Associates (RICS/SAQS-registered quantity surveying), and independent highest-and-best-use consultants — taking the project from feasibility and concept design through to a full quantity-surveyed cost estimate and investment structuring. Flame Lily Hospitality is also the approved franchise operator (Mercure/Accor and Hilton Garden Inn) lined up to run the hotel once built.
Status: Active, ongoing mandate — currently in the investment-structuring phase.

Pre-opening management consultancy. We ran the complete pre-opening pathway for The Grillhouse: operational readiness (equipment, POS, inventory), staff recruitment and training, vendor and supplier coordination, licensing and compliance, and a soft-opening-to-grand-opening rollout with real-time guest feedback loops.

Feasibility and repositioning study for a boutique hotel refurbishment.
Mpilo Boutique Hotel — Maseru, Lesotho
Refurbishment & repositioning. We assessed best-use for the property, assembled the project team, built the financial projections, and are managing the refurbishment on site. The project attracted ZAR 11 million in refurbishment capital, with Flame Lily engaged as project manager throughout design, contracting, and site delivery.
